Service Description

Book a consultation session to discuss strategies and solutions to grow your own inclusive practice or personally influence inclusion within your organizations. Our expert consultants provide tailored recommendations based on lived experiences and innovative approaches to transformation.

We are a settler-founded organization, operating from Amiskwaciy Waskahikan (Edmonton) in Treaty 6 Territory and Métis Nation of Alberta Region 4. As treaty people, we recognize and deeply respect that we live and work on the traditional territories of many First Nations, such as the Nehiyaw (Cree), Denesuliné (Dene), Nakota Sioux (Stoney), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux) and Niitsapi (Blackfoot). We commit to demonstrating unwavering respect for and participating in community with with Indigenous Peoples. We commit to learning and taking leadership from Indigenous experts. We commit to referring any and all work specific to Indigenous people and communities (such as Truth and Reconciliation work or Indigenous engagement) to Indigenous individuals and organizations. We commit to engaging Indigenous experts and organizations who wish to contribute to our work, always with appropriate recognition. We commit to challenging white supremacy, racism, and settler colonialism in personal and professional spaces, all day, every day.
